Brakpan Buses Resume Service after COVID-19 Positive Case

The Brakpan Bus Company has resumed operations after a brief halt due to a driver testing positive for COVID-19.

The bus fleet has been disinfected and colleagues who might have been in contact with the driver have been traced.

According to Tumelo Ganda, Operations Manager for Brakpan Bus Company, the temporary closure for disinfection and contact tracing was to ensure that the safety of passengers was prioritised and to contribute to flattening of the COVID-19 infection curve.
