Unblocking Stormwater Drains

The City’s Department of Roads and Stormwater visited Bredell in Kempton Park recently to ensure that the stormwater drains are unblocked and flooding avoided with coming summer rains.

Fourth Street has been attended to and the scope of work included the removal of debris and other objects such as plastic bottles, paper and cans that were swept into the infrastructure.

Residents are major role players to assist by not dumping illegally and reporting blocked stormwater drains.
