TECHNICAL GLITCH AFFECTS SOME CALLS TO OUR CALL CENTRE, USE ALTERNATIVE NUMBER IF AFFECTED
The services call centre number 0860 543 000 is now re-activated after being affected by a technical glitch for the past week.
However, users calling the call centre using an MTN number may still find it difficult to get through hence the City advises members of the public who may not be able to reach the call centre on this number to use the following temporary number, 011 972 9400.
In the meantime, our technicians are hard at work trying to perfect the call centre number and eliminate any outstanding glitch.
