Vehicle Gutted by Flames

firefighterA driver escaped with no injuries when his vehicle caught fire on Rondebult Road northbound (Tuesday, 6 October) in Sunward Park, Boksburg, today.

City fire fighters from Wadeville fire station responded to the call at 12h25, and on arrival the vehicle was already engulfed by flames. The driver was found standing helplessly watching the scene.

Fire fighters managed to extinguish the blaze, but it had already gutted the vehicle. Fortunately no injuries were recorded.
