The process can be done telephonically if the client can provide all required information electronically. This is a convenient alternative to a walk-in at the depot. 

The bin would be delivered between 24 to 48 hours from date of application.

Documents required for the application include municipal statement of account and the customer’s ID document.

Applicable tariffs, as per the city’s schedule of tariffs, available on the city’s website and at customer care centres, are payable. The tariffs are adjusted annually.
