WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES NORMALISED IN PARTS OF BENONI

The City of Ekurhuleni wishes to thank all its customers in parts of the Benoni area for their patience during waste removal service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances over the past weekend.

All waste removal backlog has been cleared in areas such as Wattville, Actonville, Kingsway, Etwatwa, and Daveyton.

Residents are advised to continue to take out their 240L wheelie bins for collection on allocated calendar days as early as 07h00 in the morning for pick up.

Meanwhile, the Weltevreden (Brakpan) and Simmer and Jack (Germiston) landfill sites have been re-opened for public use, bringing about stable and seamless waste removal and disposal services across the city.
