WELTEVREDEN AND SIMMER AND JACK LANDFILL SITES TEMPORARILY CLOSED

The City of Ekurhuleni wishes to notify members of the public that the Weltevreden (Brakpan) and Simmer and Jack (Germiston) landfill sites are temporarily closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

The City is attending to the situation and will keep the public informed of further developments in due course.

All site users are advised to use the Rooikraal landfill site near Boksburg and Platkop which is on the corner of the N3 highway and the R550 near Heidelberg.

The City apologises for the inconvenience this may cause.
