2020 Dis-Chem Ride for Sight is Roadworthy

The City is gearing up for the annual Dis-Chem Ride for Sight cycling event on 16 February, at the Boksburg Stadium.

This event is a partnership between the City, Dis-Chem and Retina South Africa with the aim of raising funds to assist people from disadvantaged communities who have challenges with their eyesight.

Thousands of cyclist are expected to pedal on some of Ekurhuleni’s tarmac in their quest to win the two races of the day – a 116km and a 62km. Registration for the races is R370 and R230, respectively.
