CITY HOSTS THEATRE PRODUCTIONS TO DEVELOP LOCAL TALENT

The City of Ekurhuleni, in partnership with TX Theatre Productions, is hosting a Thembisa Theatre Week from 24 February to 5 March to identify talent and to develop and promote arts, culture and heritage.

The Thembisa Theatre Week, to be held at Moses Molelekwa Arts Centre in Thembisa will be in a form of masterclasses and workshops, focusing on drama, music, dance and arts-related business and administration skills.

Altogether, 44 shows will be presented which include Reflections of a Man, Time, This Is War, Fahamu and Pieces of a Woman.

The entrance fee varies from R30 to R80, and tickets are sold at Webtickets and the entrance.
