EastFashionWeek360
The EastFashionWeek (ESTFW) is an annual programme that provides access to market for local fashion designer brands. This is done by providing showcasing platforms, online promotions and access to direct markets.
#SUPPORTLOCAL is an awareness campaign to highlight the importance of supporting local artists, creatives and designer brands. With this annual programme creative industries aims to create market access opportunities for crafters and designers in Ekurhuleni. This is a joint post support programme between City of Ekurhuleni’s Creative Industries and Visual Arts.
As part of the programme, the display at the Springs Art Gallery will feature work by local artists. Their artwork represents a wide range of media – painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media and printmaking and diverse styles and subject matter.
The East Fashion Week programme is in partnership with the City of Ekurhuleni’s Arts, Culture and Heritage (ACH), Springs Mall and in collaboration with FStop Club.
ESTFW is an annual programme that provides access to market for local fashion designer brands; it also brings together and displays crafts and work of visual arts.
