The Executive Mayor of the City of Ekurhuleni Cllr Mzwandile Masina will tomorrow, 26 February 2020 officiate the sod turning ceremony for the construction of approximately three thousand five hundred and ten (3 510) housing units in Tembisa Extension 25, next to the Winnie Mandela settlement.
