Pay Your Account on Time to Avoid Credit Control Measures

The City is migrating to a new and improved consumer billing system. The new system will be rolled out in phases until June 2020.

The roll out to Germiston customer care centres will be from 09 to 20 May and will affect the billing system. This means that account statements, including on the Siyakhokha website, will be delayed.

Account payments will not be affected and all payment platforms will be available to customers. The City reminds reminds customer to please  continue paying their monthly account by due date, as credit control measures still apply.
