Approximately R50 000 of reinstatement fines were issued during the anti-electricity theft operations jointly held in Primrose and Elsburg on Monday, 15 June 2021. During this operation, the Department of Energy and law enforcement agencies within the City, 13 properties were found with bypassed electricity meter boxes.
